1. 3-Day Return Window
Customers have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect their order. If you wish to return a part, you must notify us within this 3-day period. After this timeframe, returns will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returns
Packaging: All returned parts must be in their original, unopened packaging (Toyota Genuine, etc.).
Installation: Parts that show signs of installation (grease, tool marks, bolt scratches, or oil) are non-refundable.
Defective Parts: If a part is found to be defective after installation, the customer must provide a technical justification. These cases will be reviewed individually by our team.
3. Electronic Parts Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of automotive electronics (sensors, ECUs, fuel pumps, etc.):
Certain electronic items are strictly non-refundable.
Our team will notify you individually at the time of purchase if the specific part you are buying is ineligible for return. Please confirm your part numbers (Chassis/VIN) carefully before ordering.
4. Shipping & Mistakes
Our Mistake: If we send the wrong part or if the part is damaged on arrival, Quality Autos will pay for the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Customer Mistake: If you ordered the wrong part by mistake, we do allow returns, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (both the original delivery and the return shipping to Rawalpindi).
5. Refund Method
Once the part is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed via:
